This operational course trains maintenance managers, technicians and workshop supervisors in the complete mastery of industrial preventive maintenance. You will learn to move from a reactive maintenance logic to a controlled approach, capable of reducing production downtime, improving equipment reliability and securing your facilities.
Program: standards-based fundamentals (Afnor FD X 60-000), the different types of preventive maintenance (systematic, condition-based, telemaintenance), the 5 maintenance levels, reliability indicators (failure rate, MTBF, bathtub curve, Weibull distribution), building a maintenance plan, the dashboard with its 7 key ratios, integration of mandatory regulatory inspections, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and subcontracting management.
Each lesson is based on concrete operational cases and shows how MAINTEX, the French CMMS designed for industrial, construction, healthcare, mining, energy and logistics environments, operationalizes these concepts daily: equipment hierarchy, preventive plans, work procedures, work orders, ratio monitoring, integration of regulatory inspections and subcontracting management.
