This expert course is aimed at maintenance, methods and planning managers who want to move from a basic use of MAINTEX to full automation of their preventive maintenance. You will learn to design, configure and steer Preventive Maintenance Sheets (PMS), condition-based maintenance by counter or threshold, recurring round templates, and the analytical exploitation of preventive data.
Program: PMS architecture (general, additional, planning, condition-based), choice between calendar, counter or condition triggering, configuration of anticipated generation lead time, integration of standardized work procedures, articulation between PMS and round templates for multi-equipment operations, and critical reading of preventive indicators (preventive rate, preventive WO execution rate, trend, Pareto). Each concept is illustrated with concrete industrial cases: oil change of a truck fleet by mileage, quarterly vibration analysis of compressors, monthly fire extinguisher inspection, decennial re-test of pressure vessels.
