This introductory course guides you through the complete onboarding of MAINTEX, the French CMMS designed for industrial, construction, healthcare, mining, energy and logistics environments. Whether you are a technician, workshop supervisor, maintenance manager or administrator, you will find everything you need to become operational quickly on the platform.

Program: secure login to your workspace, discovery of the three main menu families (settings, operational flows, reports), navigation between creation windows and search windows, mastery of standard and advanced search, and reading the dashboard with its steering indicators (WOR, WO, efficiency rate, preventive rate, MTBF, MTTR, costs by category). You will also discover how MAINTEX comes in Local, Web and Mobile versions to adapt to any field context.

Each lesson is structured around concrete cases: creating a user account, opening a work order request, finding a closed work order, interpreting a cost distribution chart, configuring email alerts. By the end of this course, you will be able to navigate MAINTEX independently, understand the tool’s logic, and prepare your progression on advanced modules (interventions, planning, inventory).
